I am a Management and Marketing graduate from Germany. After I finished my Master’s Degree in the UK, I returned to Germany to experience working life. 

During my first professional experience as an account specialist for the global corporation YKK, I noticed that my entrepreneurial spirit does not fit with the expectations of a traditional company. I realised that I am a creator, an inspirator and a maker: I get excited when I can inspire and drive the success of creative business ideas. I like to support entrepreneurs with whatever they need to be done aside so that they can focus on their core activities. 

Since 2015 I have focused on choosing to work for companies when they just started or launched a new product. For example, I was involved in the foundation of the communication agency Black & Code. Here, we started in the living room of one of my friends but just one year later we found ourselves in a 120qm office in the city center of Cologne employing a team of 15 people. Today, Black & Code has two headquarters: in Cologne and Hamburg and successfully works on large-scale TV and advertising projects. 

In the past years the world has changed and I have felt a growing urge to work independent from my location and from an employer. Therefore today, I am doing pretty much the activities that I did as an employee but on a project and freelance basis. As a virtual assistant I operate as the extended arm aside of a business owner who needs short-term tasks to be done so that he can focus on his core business. I offer my services on-demand and on a project basis which means that no long-term contracts need to be signed saving paper work and HR requirements.
